Have you ever eaten something so good, it made you dance? These Wicked Good Wedges are MY dancing food! Every time I take a bite into these wedges, I'm transported back into my early 20s. This was one of the first things I learned how to cook, and I frequently made them as a side dish or as a snack.
Potatoes are nutritious! It's often seen as a bad "carb" but don't forget...it's botanically a vegetable so it's grown to nourish your body. One medium russet potato contains 170 calories, 888 mg of potassium, 3 g of fiber, and is a good source of vitamin C, B6, and magnesium.
