Texas Salsa

Ingredients
  • 28 oz canned fire roasted plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until you reach desired salsa texture.
  3. Enjoy!
