I remember the first time I ever had a bruschetta. It was in Chicago at one of their famous deep dish pizza restaurants. My friend ordered the bruschetta appetizer, and it was love at first bite! I loved the crunchy bread, fresh tomatoes, and punch of basil. And much to our luck, bruschetta is a BREEZE to make at home!
