Once in awhile, I look forward to a warm, comforting bowl of oatmeal to get my day started and there are a lot of delicious flavor combinations you can make. Blueberries, walnuts, and honey happen to be one of them. For this recipe, I also added a tablespoon of chia seeds for a boost in fiber, protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
