Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Chicken + Air Fryer = Quick and Easy Protein!

Getting an air fryer has probably been one of the best decisions I've ever made in terms of kitchen appliances. Cooking proteins for meals and for food prep is so easy now. For this recipe, I seasoned the chicken drumsticks, stuck it in the air fryer, and, 24 minutes later, I had perfectly cooked chicken!

Ingredients
  • 5 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the drumsticks to the bowl and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Put the drumsticks into the air fryer container.
  4. Cook for 24 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare any grains and vegetables you would want to add. In my case, I used spinach, kimchi, and cilantro lime quinoa since those were the ingredients I had in my fridge.
  6. After the 24 minutes are over, serve the chicken and enjoy!
