Grape Chia Seed Jam
- 2 cups chopped grapes
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Place grapes and chia seeds in a blender.
- Blend until it reaches a jam consistency.
- Pour mixture into a pot.
- Heat the pot to medium heat.
- Once jam starts to boil, reduce heat to low for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
- Place in an airtight container (like a mason jar) and refrigerate up to a week.
