Chocolate Dessert Smoothie
One way I satisfy my sweet tooth is by making a dessert smoothie. When you make your own, you're able to add nutritious ingredients like banana, chia, and flaxseeds!
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- Coconut flakes for topping
- Place all ingredients into blender except for coconut flakes.
- Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Top with coconut flakes and enjoy!
