If you like the cheesy, nutty flavor of nutritional yeast, you'll enjoy it in its sauce form. Nutritional yeast is a good source of B vitamins and tastes great on popcorn and baked potato in its dried form. In cheese form, the sauce is thickened with white beans so you get an extra boost of protein, fiber, potassium, and minerals. Basically, this cheesy sauce is nutrient-DENSE.
I added the cheesy sauce to my roasted broccoli. It was good but would definitely taste better with just steamed broccoli. The sauce is thick and creamy and would also be good as a chip dip, on tacos, and as a sandwich spread.
