I love a good vermicelli bowl packed with crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, and lemongrass-marinated protein. This is a popular Vietnamese dish, and I wanted to share it with you guys! Although I set the amount of shrimp, vermicelli, fish sauce, herbs, and veggies to put in your vermicelli bowl, you can liberally change the amount of each ingredient to your heart's desire.
